A. SHIPPING COSTS

The prices of products displayed on the website www.dprata.com (http://www.dprata.com) include Value Added Tax, VAT. The total price specified in the final checkout menu, ie the shopping cart, includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please transfer only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order. Shipping fees are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.

Prices are all broken down in Euros and any changes in country of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices due to shipping costs.

B. DELIVERY TIME

From Monday to Friday, on weekdays.
The delivery time for orders depends on the availability of parts stock and the complexity of orders .

Thus, the delivery time varies between 48h and 30 working days, from the payment of the order. Delivery times may take a little longer during festive periods.

C. DELIVERY

During the purchase process you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes .
Orders are sent through CTT.
Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the packaging and products sent in order to ascertain any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, the carrier will hold the carrier responsible.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a document will be left to collect your order at CTT Station nearest, within 3 to 6 working days, depending on the transport service used. If during this period, the order is not claimed, it is returned to us. To make a new shipment, an express order from the client is required and the costs of the new shipment will be charged to the client. In the event that an order is returned to us with an incorrect and / or incomplete address, which is the responsibility of the
customer, the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
