PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Paypal: you will be redirected to the Paypal website, following the instructions instructions provided until payment is completed.
Multibanco Reference: Data for payment (entity / reference / Total Amount) that can be
made at an ATM or through the Homebanking service are generated.
Transfer Banking: Our NIB is provided at the moment the checkout is finalized.
We do not accept checks.
Once three calendar days have passed after placing the order, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be canceled.
The prices of the products are stipulated on the website, except for a typographical error. In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting the option to confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it, with due refund.
Case there is a lack of merchandise purchased by the buyer on the website www.dprata.com due to the occurrence of the sale of the product, the amounts paid to the buyer will be returned by the same payment method used in the purchase or in a discount voucher. In these situations, the buyer will be notified of what happened.
GARANTIA
Jewelery they are intrinsically delicate, so we remember the main care to be taken with the parts:
- Avoid contact with abrasive products or situations: namely, cosmetics, detergents or perfumes.
- Pack the parts carefully to avoid rubbing with other parts, or knots, in the case of threads
- Clean the parts only with a soft, dry cloth. Under the legal terms, the parts on the page have a 2-year warranty.

You must send the piece, via registered mail, for our analysis. After analyzing and confirming the validity of the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced, without any additional cost.
