A. SHIPPING COSTS
The prices of products displayed on the website www.dprata.com (http://www.dprata.com) include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price specified in the final "checkout" menu, i.e., the shopping cart, includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted on the order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please transfer only the exact amount specified on the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order. Shipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.

B. DELIVERY TIME
Monday to Friday, on business days.
Delivery times depend on parts availability and order complexity.
Therefore, the delivery time varies between 48 hours and 30 business days, starting from the payment of the order. Delivery times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.
C. DELIVERY
During the purchase process, you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese postal service) or Nacex and GLS courier companies.
Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products shipped to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer is responsible for holding the shipping company accountable.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a document will be left for you to collect your order at the nearest CTT post office, or at the location indicated by the carrier, within 3 to 6 business days, depending on the transport service used. If the order is not claimed within this period, it will be returned to us. To make a new shipment, an express request from the customer is required, and the costs of the new shipment will be charged to the customer. If an order is returned to us with an incorrect and/or incomplete address, due to the customer's responsibility, the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
D. PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Paypal: You will be redirected to the Paypal website and should follow the instructions provided until the payment is complete.
Multibanco Reference: The data is generated for Payment (entity/reference/total amount) that can be made at an ATM or through the Homebanking service.
Bank Transfer: Our bank account number (NIB) is provided when you complete your purchase.
Klarna: You will be redirected to the Klarna website and must follow the instructions provided until payment is complete.
MBway: In the final stage of checkout, an automatic notification will be sent to the phone number you provide, with the order amount, so you can confirm it.
We do not accept checks.
Once three calendar days have passed since the order was placed, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be cancelled.
Product prices are listed on the website, except in cases of typographical errors. In the event of a price error for any product, we will contact the customer, offering the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
E. WARRANTY
Jewelry pieces are inherently delicate, so we remind you of the main care instructions for your pieces:
– Avoid contact with abrasive products or situations: that is, cosmetics, detergents, or perfumes.
– Pack the pieces carefully to avoid friction with other pieces, or knots, in the case of wires.
– Clean the pieces only with a soft, dry cloth. Legally, the pieces shown on this page have a 2-year warranty.

You must send the part, via registered mail, for our analysis. After analysis and confirmation of the warranty's validity, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
F. QUALITY
The items available in the store are primarily crafted through manual processes, using high-quality raw materials.
The jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver with natural, synthetic and/or CZ stones; The gold jewelry is made in 19 and 9 karat gold with precious and/or natural, synthetic and/or CZ stones, and has the respective hallmark.

G. RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION
According to the right of free termination of the contract, the customer has 14 days to return the product, without needing to give any reason. This period expires 14 days from the day after the invoice date.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision via email to geral@dprata.com. After notification, the customer must return the goods by registered mail to the following address: Customédio, Lda., Largo Instituto Histórico do Minho nº2, 4900-522 Viana do Castelo, Portugal, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of their withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the customer returns the goods before the end of the 14 days. However, the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
It is important to note that the customer is responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returns will only be accepted if items have not been used and if the tag has not been removed.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to consumer specifications or that are clearly personalized. In these cases, returns will not be accepted.
