A. SHIPPING COSTS


The prices of products displayed on the website www.dprata.com (http://www.dprata.com) include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total price specified in the final “checkout” menu, i.e. in the shopping cart, includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation, which you can print or download for future use. Please transfer only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual transfers per order. Shipping rates are calculated per order, and the exact price of the shipping rate will depend on the country to which your order will be delivered.


Prices are all listed in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may affect prices, due to shipping costs.


B. DELIVERY TIME


From Monday to Friday, on weekdays.
The delivery time for orders depends on the availability of stock of the parts and the complexity of the orders.


Therefore, delivery times vary between 48 hours and 30 working days from the date of payment of the order. Delivery times may be slightly longer during festive periods.


C. DELIVERY


During the purchase process you will be asked for your billing and delivery addresses.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Orders are sent via CTT or Nacex and GLS carriers.
At the time of delivery, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products sent to check for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must hold the carrier responsible.


If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a document will be left to collect your order from the nearest CTT station, or from the location indicated by the carrier within 3 to 6 working days, depending on the transport service used. If the order is not claimed within this period, it will be returned to us. In order for us to send it again, an express request from the customer is required and the costs of the new delivery will be charged to the customer. If an order is returned to us with an incorrect and/or incomplete address, due to the customer's responsibility, the new delivery will be charged to the customer.

D. PAYMENT METHODS


You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Paypal: you will be redirected to the Paypal website, and you must follow the instructions provided until payment is completed.
Multibanco Reference: Data is generated for payment (entity/reference/Total Amount) that can be made at an ATM or through the Homebanking service.
Bank Transfer: Our NIB is provided when you complete the purchase.

Klarna: you will be redirected to the Klarna website, where you must follow the instructions provided until payment is completed.


We do not accept checks.
Once three calendar days have passed after the order was placed, and if we have not received any payment, the order will be cancelled.
The prices of the products are set out on the website, except for typographical errors. In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer and give them the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it with a refund.


E. WARRANTY


Jewelry pieces are intrinsically delicate, so we remind you of the main care you should take with your pieces:
– Avoid contact with abrasive products or situations: namely, cosmetics, detergents or perfumes.
– Pack the pieces carefully to avoid friction with other pieces, or knots, in the case of wires.
– Clean the parts only with a soft, dry cloth. Under legal terms, the parts on this page have a 2-year warranty.

You must send the part, via registered mail, for our analysis. After analysis and confirmation of the warranty validity, the product will be repaired or replaced, at no additional cost.


F. QUALITY


The pieces in the store are mostly made using manual processes, using quality raw materials.
The jewelry is made in 925 silver with natural, synthetic and/or CZ stones; The gold jewelry is made in 19 and 9 carats with precious and/or natural, synthetic and/or CZ stones, having the respective hallmark.

G. RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION


In accordance with the right to freely terminate the contract, the customer has a period of 14 days to make the return, without needing to indicate any reason. This period expires 14 days from the day after the invoice date.

To exercise the right to free withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision by email to geral@dprata.com. After notification, the customer must return the goods by registered mail to the following address: Customédio, Lda., Largo Instituto Histórico do Minho nº2, 4900-522 Viana do Castelo, Portugal, without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days after informing us of the free withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been respected if the customer returns the goods before the end of the 14 days. However, the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer.

It is important to highlight that the customer is responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returns of items will only be accepted if they have not been used and if their label has not been removed.

We would like to point out that the right to free withdrawal does not apply to products produced according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized. In these cases, the return will not be accepted.

H. INFORMATION


Customédio, Lda. reserves the right, at its own discretion, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. Customédio, Lda . may make any other changes to the website, the materials and the products or services described on the website www.dprata.com at any time without prior notice.
The price of the jewelry will always be stipulated on our website, except in the case of typographical errors. In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer and give them the option of confirming the order with the correct price or canceling it with a refund.
If the customer wishes to receive a refund for their order, this will be done using the same payment method used for the order.
